The first round of the Italian Nitro Buggy National
Championship was held at the Pista Le Pescine track in Rosignano, Italy this
weekend. TLR team driver Alex Zanchettin took the overall TQ after the three
rounds of qualifying. In the A main, it was Zanchettin scoring the win and
putting his 8IGHT 4.0 on the top step of the podium. Zanchettin’s TLR teammate Marco
Baruffolo recovered from a bad start and finished a very strong third place.
