Dupree Wins RC Monster Truck World Finals
Dennis Anderson, owner and creator of the Grave Digger Monster Truck, hosted the event along with No Limit RC and several other big-name sponsors. Losi drivers Travis Dupree and Patrick Rossiter both traveled to NC for the event. Dupree competed in the 4x4 Big Block event and won with Adam Drake's ROAR National Champion LST2. Dupree also went on to win the overall event championship trophy. Rossiter competed with two vehicles in the 4x4 Big Block, his Losi LST2 placed third and his 1/8 Raminator took sixth place in the event. Both Losi drivers used the new Losi 420 Series Super Bolt-on Tires (LOSB7206) and Losi Nitrotane 30% Race Fuel as they raced to their respective wins. Congratulations to Travis and Patrick!
Rabitti Wins Rnd. 2 of Italian Nationals
The Italian 1/8-scale Buggy Nationals took place at Blue Rabbits track in Empoli. Losi drivers Riccardo Rabitti and Alessandro Stocco both competed at the event. Rabitti was the top qualifier on Saturday, and in Sunday's F1 class final race he finished in first place. Stocco finished in second place on Sunday in the F2 class final race.
Aigoin Champions Rnd. 3 of French 1/8-scale Buggy Nats
The 3rd round of the French 1/8-scale Buggy Nationals was held this weekend at the Montceau track. Losi driver Yannick Aigoin competed with this Losi 8IGHT Buggy. Aigoin was the top qualifier and went on to take first place in the A-Main final race.
Drake Wins Novarossi Memorial Weekend Race
The Novarossi Memorial Weekend Race took place at Revelation Raceway in Ontario, CA this past weekend. Losi/GRP/Nitrotane driver Adam Drake competed in the 1/8-scale Buggy class with his Losi 8IGHT Buggy. Drake was successful at the Expert Buggy A-Main race on Sunday, as he took first place and finished two laps ahead of the driver that finished in second place. Also present at the event were Losi drivers Dorian Dawson, Chris Nelson, Jim Pierce and Darren Rogers. Dawson was the overall winner in the Beginner Truggy A-Main race and Nelson was the overall winner in the Novice Truck A-Main race. Pierce and Rogers competed in the 1/8-scale buggy class, and took the top two spots in the Amateur Buggy A-Main race with Pierce (TQ) in first place and Rogers in second place. Congratulations to all Losi drivers on a great race!
Henry and Losi Sweep Canadian R/C Pro Series
This past weekend marked the first ever Canadian R/C Pro Series Race. Losi driver Dave Henry, along with three other members of the Sprucewood Team Losi Racing (STLR) group, showed a real team effort at the event. Several Losi drivers attending the event proved to have a great weekend competing in the 1/8 Buggy and 1/8 Truggy classes with their Losi vehicles. All four STLR members, including Henry qualified for the A-main in both classes, with Henry as the overall top qualifier in both classes. Losi's success continued into the A-Main where we saw a 1-2-3 finish, with Henry taking first place in both races and second and third place of both races also going to Losi drivers. Congratulations to all Losi drivers on a great weekend of racing!
Fairtrace Triumphs Reedy Race of Champions
The 2008 Reedy Race of Champions was held at SpeedWorld Raceway in Roseville, CA. Known as one of the most prestigious touring car races in the world, accomplished drivers worldwide choose to participate in this event. The three classes at the event include Open Modified, Invitational and this year's spec class 13.5 Brushless. Losi driver Larry Fairtrace was one of 90 drivers that competed in the 13.5 brushless spec class. Fairtrace competed with Losi's 1/10-scale JRXS Type-R touring car, equipped with an Xcelorin 13.5T Brushless Motor and ESC. Fairtrace won the A1 and A3 races for the overall win, and earned this year's spec class title of 13.5 Brushless Champion. Congratulations Larry!
Mexican Nationals, Round 2
The second round of the Mexican Nationals took place May 24-25 in Tijuana. The event drew drivers from all over the country, and included 1/8 Buggy, 1/8 Truggy and 1/8 Monster Truck classes. In the Buggy A-Main, Losi driver Daniel Ornelas took first place with his Losi 8IGHT. In the Truggy A-Main, Losi drivers Julio Rubio and Cesar Gallegos finished in second and third places respectively. Both drivers were competing with Losi's 8IGHT-T Truggy. Congratulations to all on a great race!

Fischer and Peck Win Big at Nitrocross State Champs
The Nitro Pit hosted the First Annual Nitrocross State Championships this past weekend. Losi drivers Billy Fischer and Casey Peck both competed at the event. Fischer was the top qualifier and overall winner in the 1/8 Buggy class. In the 1/8 Truck class, Losi took the top two spots with Fischer in first place and Peck in second.

Drake Wins at So. CA Saturday Series, Round #2
Round 2 of the Southern California Nitro Series took place at Hemet R/C Track on Saturday, May 10, 2008. Losi/GRP/Nitrotane driver Adam Drake was the top qualifier in both the 1/8 Pro Buggy and 1/8 Pro Truck classes. Drake went on to take first place in the Buggy finals, with Losi/GRP driver Matt Castellano following in second place. Seven out of the ten buggies in the final race were Losi buggies. Congratulation to all Losi drivers on a great race!
Rabitti Wins Saturday Night Contest
Losi's friends from TQ Model in Italy attended the Saturday Night Contest at Cowboy Land on Saturday, May 10, 2008. The race attracted more than 100 entries for 1/8-scale Buggy and Truggy classes. Losi drivers Riccardo Rabitti and Marco Grandesso competed in the 1/8 Buggy F1 final. The thirty minute race ended with the victory of Rabittti in first place and Grandesso in second place. Both drivers were competing with Losi's award-winning nitro buggy, the 8IGHT 4WD Buggy.

Truhe Wins Round 2 of JBRL Nitro Off-Road Series
Round two of the Jimmy Babcock Racing League (JBRL) Nitro Off-Road Series was hosted by Green Flag Raceway in Hesperia, CA. There were over 180 entries at the event and Losi/GRP/Nitrotane drivers Mike Truhe and Adam Drake competed in the Expert 1/8 Buggy class. Drake was the top qualifier, and eight out of ten car cars that qualified for the Expert Buggy main were Losi vehicles. In the final race Losi took the top two spots, with Truhe taking first place for the win and Drake taking second place.
