Round 5 of the JBRL Nitro Series was hosted by Thunder Alley, where Losi drivers dominated the event. Losi drivers Adam Drake, Kyle Johnson, Chris Nelson and Dan Ward all had a successful day at the event. In the 1/8 Pro Buggy class, Adam competed with his Losi 8IGHT equipped with a GRP engine, Losi/GRP Tires and Nitrotane Fuel. Adam was the Top Qualifier in his class, and went on to take first place in the A-Main. Kyle competed in the 1/8 Intermediate Buggy and 1/8 Intermediate Truck classes. Kyle was the Top Qualifier in both classes and also took first place in both A-Main events. In the 1/0 Pro Truck class, Chris was the Top Qualifier and first place winner in the A-Main with his Losi XXX-NT AD2 Truck. Dan competed in the 1/0 Sportsman Truck class with the XXX-NT AD2 and was the Top Qualifier in the class and also won the A-Main race.8.10.2008
