The final round of the
popular JBRL Nitro Series took place this past weekend at Hot Rod Hobbies. Adam
Drake claimed the TQ and win in expert nitro buggy and electric buggy. Robert
Wickham won the 25 minute 40+ buggy final.
Adam used Nova Rossi’s Keep Off 4 engine and Pro-Line's X2 Ions to secure
the TQ in both rounds of qualifying and to take the victory in the 25 minute
nitro final. In the E buggy class Drake again used Pro-Line’s X2 Ions for
qualifying and the final. Drake powered his TLR 8ight E 3.0 with Tekin’s RX8
Gen 2 speed controller, Tekin 1900KV motor, and Thunder Power 4S battery.
